Most flybridge vessels have an identical bridge inside the vessel. Also, most flybridges have a bimini top which protects the flybridge from sun and the weather.

There is normally another steering position below the fly bridge, if not you
ware water-proofs.

Go inside and steer the boat.

A flybridge yacht will have a helm (steering) position inside as well. It is possible to buy canvas covers that fit over the top of the flybridge to protect from sun/rain or you just put on your wet weather gear and hope for the best!
