Me and my wife are going to cancun to swim for an hour with the dolphins and goof around. The water is above our heads and neither of us know how to swim.

They provide life jackets though.. Should this be enough to play?

Life jackets will keep you afloat and still allow movement. When i swam with the dolpins in the Bahamas they had an area with a “ledge” you could stand on and the dolphins were called up to you. check into that.

You should be ok with lifejackets. We are more buoyant in salt water since salt water is more dense than fresh water. Therefore, it is easier to float. Also, dolphins are very gentle and won’t pull you under the water or anything. The tighter you can make your lifejacket, the better becuase when you sit in the water, the jacket will float no matter what. If the jacket is loose, you will end up sitting very low with the shoulder straps at the top of your head. Good luck and have fun!

YES, defineatly i went swimming with dolphins and i was 8 and short and the water was way over my head. i had a life jacket on and it was like i had nothing on . like when the dolphins take you for a ride . you can even do flips with the high tech life jackets that are as light as a feather
