It depends I love little Sunfish and Lasers sailboats, but I also like tubing and water skiing
So I guess sail boats only because I can sail very well!!!

Sailboat takes skills and sailmanship. Anyone can do powerboating, like bump cars.
I’m a SCUBA diver, one day I came up from diving, and a “power Boating” guy was tied donw to my “down flag” and was fishing. I almost speared his hull. I had more that one situation with power boaters, besides the thing about drunk driving those loud pullating machines.
They don’t know the law of the sea, but not all though.

Sail boats, hands down. Power boats are bad for the ecology and it seems that most people that own a power boat have an IQ of about 40. Thanks for asking.
Oh, and by the way, people that like power boats have an IQ of about 30. Thanks for asking.

I like power boats because I have an IQ of 140, which apparently is 4.7 times higher than normal.. but mainly because if it hasn’t got an engine, I am not interested!

I have had both, but prefer sailboats for just cruising and relaxing. Powerboats are better if you want to waterski, tube, fish or get someplace fast. For just a great, relaxing day at sea, nothing beats a sailboat!

Sail boats. Much more serene. Don’t get me wrong; a good ride on a power boat is awesome, but sail boats are much better in my opinion.

If you have a lot of time and a long way to go a sailboat might be nice.
I have A Checkmate Powerboat and love the speed and the sound of the engine. There is something special about a big block with comp cam and silent choice.
It is a thrill ride hitting the waves.
And I will have it out tomorrow.
I also have a Glastron that is nice just to cruise around and see the sights, fish or pull a tube.
