Let say I have an 0K house with no lien, and I am making 0K/yr. salary. I have no debts. I’d to buy a 0K yacht. Would it be financially more savvy to take a first mortgage on the house to pay for the yacht up-front, or to finance the boat by itself with a boat loan? (With the least down-payment?)

Bills such as lights, telephones, gas, mortgages, yachts, etc. Do they primarily have someone else to pay it for them through their account & then they review the bills or do they actually do it themselves & is it primarily via electronic payments?

Just curious, why is it the opposite of a car? Any particular reason for that? I’m not refering to yachts and battleships, but smaller boats like a bass boat or something.

How can I find someone to help crew my yacht during races on the Clarence river in northern NSW. The boat is 26 ft trailer sailer and pretty comfortable. Very safe. Races are every few weeks from September through to April.

I am planning on getting a smallish boat / yacht 20 odd foot. I am planning to keep it in estuary waters, what would be the best type of keel to have as at low tide it will sit in mud / silt.
I know nothing about sailing, is there a website that would help with the basics such as sailing terms and equipment etc. Thanks

A Tollycraft 61 Motor Yacht travels at 23.7 knots at full speed. A knot is the same as a nautical mile per hour. A nautical mile is 1.852 kilometers. What is the full speed of the yacht in meters per second?

Nothing worse than a .38 would be used.
