I know the center cockpit will make more space inside of the sailboat, but I like the look when the cockpit is at the end and there’s more space on the deck. is there any designer making sailboats like this?
and how much would a sailboat cost like the one in the picture?

If you have lots of money then any designer will build it the way you want.

most boats have the cockpit at the back….see if you can enlarge the picture of my boat…..you need to do a lot more research…..as to the Dutch boat pictured…….
most sailboats are built of fiberglass on a mold……….and are mass produced ( Benateau, Jeneau, Hinckley, Swan, the list $is endless) so you get “economies of scale”…….imagine how much a car would cost of each one was different and each part had to be made from scratch.
the boat you pictured is an old design, hand assembled by a crew of trained shipwrights with a lot of volunteer labor and hard to find woods imported from all over the world……..there have been several similar projects in the US…..Spirit of Massachusetts, Californian, Pride of Baltimore, Rebeca of Vineyard Haven, and they all ran into 2-3 million dollars range
get yourself a nice 35-40 foot older ‘glass boat for about $30-50,000 and go sailing……
