I’m doing a small project, but I’m not sure where to find a guide on how to build a yacht.

Maybe spend the night at the Navy Lodge?
Go to the commissary, and exchange.

I was watching a show on VH1 about those mega yachts or 100 ft yachts. how far can those things go, are they like oceanliners like what the cruise lines uses or not? can they go from say, coast of NY to overseas? do these celebrities use them for traveling? I only been on a carnival cruise once when I was 12.

I dont understand, it has no attack or defense. Why would someone buy it for .5 million with a k upkeep? Is there something im missing or is it just cool?

What is the average income for a qualified ships captain or a captain on a private superyacht?

For my 18th birthday I want to rent/hire a small yatch so me and my 5 friends can go to spain for a day or two and come back. We want a small, cheap yacht for a week.

I’ve inherited a good sum of money…,000, and I’m hoping to let it grow to a large enough amount where I could life off of it comfortably for the rest of my life. I’m 23 yrs. old.

I don’t have any expensive hobbies (not a fan of cars, yachts, expensive vacations), but I would like an attractive house in an upscale suburbian neighborhood someday.

If I waited for my inheritance to grow to 0,000, would it be safe to live off my portfolio’s returns (assuming 11-12% annualized returns) for the rest of my life?

I know there’s lots to consider here, including inflation & taxes.

Any book recommendations would be great. Thanks!
